Establishment of the company under the distinctive title “Boulias Animal Feed”, based in Chalkidona, Thessaloniki, and commencement of commercial activity with local producers in Central Macedonia.

Expansion of activities and distribution of products through new facilities.

The first import of goods from abroad into the domestic market takes place.

First-time importation of sugar by-products, such as molasses and sugar beet pulp, into Greece.

The company begins importing goods by sea going vessels. The first import takes place from the Black Sea region.

Dynamic entry into the grain sector through dry cargo ships, with an emphasis on development and distribution.

Relocation to new facilities in the Sindos Industrial Area, increasing storage capacity to over 55,000 square metres.

Entry into wholesale trade of millable wheat from the Black Sea to markets in the Eastern Mediterranean.

Conversion of the company into a public limited company (S.A.) and entry into the distribution of raw materials for energy fuels.

The first import of high-protein soybean meal from Latin America is carried out using a handysize ship.

Boulias S.A. enters the field of distribution, storage and export of durum wheat. Our commercial activity reaches 500,000 tonnes.
